At Carpetronex, our professional carpet cleaners utilize tried and tested step-by-step method to make sure your carpets look great. First, we perform a comprehensive inspection and measured estimate. This helps us determine the scope of our work, while you don’t pay for any extra square footage. If there’s furniture that we can’t move (or that you don’t want moved), we’ll deduct that area from our estimate, giving you the best possible price. Then we apply a pre-conditioning deodorizer and disinfectant to the entire area to be cleaned. We believe that carpets look best when no corners are cut, and proper pre-conditioning is the first step to great looking carpet.

After pre-treatment, the real work begins. We agitate the carpet file to achieve a deep, thorough cleaning from the bottom up, and then steam rinse using our proprietary, encapsulating rinse-free solution. This will continue to capture and clean any residual dirt or soil throughout the drying period.

Finally, we spot-treat any remaining tough stains that haven’t been eliminated yet, and then as a finishing touch, groom your carpet so it looks and feels bright, clean, and pillowy-soft.

Our commercial carpet cleaning process is the same as above, with the exception of our enzyme-based pre-conditioner that is used as our pre-spray.

Carpet Protector

We offer Carpet and Furniture protector, both water-based & solvent-based.

MAXUM is our perferred product, because it contains an Acid Dye Blocker that will protect against most acidic based stains, such as Red juice, Wine, Tomato, and other Foods. These are the most difficult types of stains to remove.
